Myself and animator Don Livingston produced this for Jon Anderson and the Nevada Symphony Orchestra in 1992 (my God! 17 years ago.) for the Comdex show at the ULV Stadium produced by Alan Parsons and Scott Page of Pink Floyd with 15,000 attendees and other performers such as Cirque Du Soleil , Flo and Eddie, Tod Rungren and Tower of Power to list but a smattering. The concert benefited Lost and abused children and was a great success.
This horrible copy was digitized and restored from a VHS production copy (original D1 masters lost) and I added titles. We are thinking about re-producing this with up to date CG, new images and illustrations I and Jon's and Vangelis's permissions.
We have been fans of Jon's and Vangelis's work since the 70's and when we started working with Jon, we had no problems in the creative. Financing was always the biggie, but we did this with the help of Crystal Graphics and sweat equity only. We used the latest in software at that time and network rendering just out of BETA and produced this within 30 days! From a backstage meeting at a Jon and Kitaro concert, to Las Vegas and 3 days of rehearsals with great artists and 3 meals a day catered by Hard Rock Cafe. Great memories.

Grand Scientific Musical Theater Concert. This Multimedia extravaganza for 15,000 was produced by Scott Page, Allen Parsons and Bob Ezrin. The line-up included Jon Anderson (YES), John Entwistle (The Who), Graham Nash, Edgar Winter, Todd Rundgren, Cirque Du Soleil, 2 Jumbotrons 30 projection screens and 10 Silicon Graphic Machines. VJV joined other SF interactive musicians to form Tryber which rounded out the bill. Las Vegas UNLV Auditorium Nevada Nov. 17/92
